The application of high-throughput sequencing technology is becoming more and more extensive, and the demand of laboratory for large-scale, high-efficiency, and high-stability experimental operations is becoming more and more urgent. Compared with manual operation, the solution of automated workstations has obvious advantages in many aspects. Nanodigmbio has developed the NadAuto-96 Automatic Sample System, which truly realized a one-stop automated target capture solution of "instrument + reagent + application".
The libraries were prepared from 50 ng Human Genomic gDNA (Male) standard (Promega, G1471).
The automated process uses an on-instrument application to build 96 libraries/batch;
500 ng of each library for 1-plex, 4-plex, 8-plex hybrid capture; Manual operation shall be carried out according to the corresponding product protocol.
For research use only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures

The libraries prepared on NadAuto-96 were mixed according to different multiplexing scheme, and then continued hybridization capture on NadAuto-96.
